How fast will you get back to me?
Within one business day, often within a few hours. If it’s urgent, give us a call on 09 242 2440 — we’d much rather hear from you.
Do I need to be in Auckland?
No. We work with clients all over New Zealand. Most chats happen by phone or video, and everything can be signed digitally — we’ve helped Kiwis settle from Kerikeri to Invercargill without meeting in person.
Is the first call really free?
Yes — the call is free, the advice is free, the application is free. Lenders pay us when a loan settles, so the buyer never pays us a cent. There’s no obligation either; if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
What if I’m not ready to buy yet?
Even better — the earlier we chat, the more we can help. We’ll sketch out what you need (deposit, income, time) and give you a clear plan to get there. No pressure, no follow-up calls if you don’t want them.
