How fast will you get back to me?
Within one business day, often within a few hours. If it’s urgent, give us a call on 09 242 2440. We’d much rather hear from you.
Do I need to be in Auckland?
No. We work with clients all over New Zealand. Most chats happen by phone or video, and everything can be signed digitally. We’ve helped Kiwis settle from Kerikeri to Invercargill without meeting in person.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The call is free, the advice is free, the application is free. Lenders pay us when a loan settles, so the buyer never pays us a cent. There’s no obligation either; if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
What if I’m not ready to buy yet?
Even better: the earlier we chat, the more we can help. We’ll sketch out what you need (deposit, income, time) and give you a clear plan to get there. No pressure, no follow-up calls if you don’t want them.
