Chris is typically the first person you’ll talk to, the one who gets you rolling. A big-picture thinker who’s always a few steps ahead, he loves working out how to make something possible, so you come away from that first chat with a clear, honest sense of what’s actually achievable for you.

Chris has been doing this a long time. In a previous role he helped grow one of the country’s largest adviser firms, and he’s an active investor himself, across shares, property and commercial assets. That mix means he’s seen just about every situation a buyer can be in, so whatever yours looks like, he knows what’s possible and how to get there. Once he’s got you pointed in the right direction, he passes you to Anthony, who handles the planning and the mortgage from there.

Anthony is the one who makes the home loan happen, and the advice in your corner the whole way. He’ll tell you exactly what you need to do and when, frame your application so the bank gives you the best possible shot at a yes, and cut through the jargon so none of it feels over your head.

He’ll also help you work out when you’re genuinely ready to buy, what to look for and what to be wary of when you’re house-hunting, and how to structure your mortgage so it suits your life, getting you in and paying the bank back faster. Over eight years guiding first-home buyers, plus a background in KiwiSaver and personal insurance, means Anthony sees how all the pieces of your finances fit together.

Genevieve is the one who makes sure nothing falls over. Once things are underway she’s the steady hand behind the scenes, keeping everything moving from one step to the next and staying on top of the details so you don’t have to.

If something needs chasing, a document, an update, an answer from the bank, Gen’s already on it, and she’ll keep you in the loop the whole way so you always know what’s happening next. She’s a big part of why the whole thing feels smooth.
